What does coaching look like? It's unique for everyone, but I start by working with everyone to get their backstory with a health history, a biometric analysis, create a personal vision statement that reflects the best version of yourself, and then we'll process through your goals, and then make a plan to make those goals a reality.
Once we work through those steps, we will keep meeting each week either in person or on Skype until you've got the plan nailed down and are seeing the magic happen. After that we can continue to meet monthly, or just e-mail each other to check in.
All of my clients get the bonus of text or email support between sessions to answer any questions or demolish roadblocks that come up.
