Getting ready for the big day is stressful, and that leads to extra candy bars. We'll work together to make goals about eating real food to help eliminate bloat, clear up your skin, and sleep better so you have plenty of energy to decide between ivory, cream, and white. With this package, we'll focus on what you love about yourself and are fired up about for your wedding, and help love the things you're working to change so you're the happiest, most confident version of yourself when you walk down the aisle. We'll spend 4 months leading up to your wedding day making goals and learning new skills, focusing on becoming more accepting and mindful.
16 weekly hour long sessions (in person or via skype)
one follow up after the honeymoon to make sure that you're set to continue your vision after rings are exchanged.
